Now Hiring: Remote Recruiter – $23/Hour + Commission – Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
Are you a self-motivated, experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you excel at building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates while quickly delivering top talent? We are looking for a full-time Recruiter to join our team and help us source high-quality candidates, primarily in the hospitality industry.

*** Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Panama City area.***

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Recruiter
  • Location: Remote (occasional travel may be required)
  • Compensation: $23/hour + commission
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
  • Industry Focus: Hospitality (with potential expansion into other industries)

What You’ll Do:

  • Work at a fast pace to meet the urgent hiring needs of our clients—our goal is to provide hiring managers with candidates within 24-48 hours
  • Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various hospitality positions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and expectations
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to quickly identify the best candidates
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for immediate and future openings
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Assist with onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment efforts
  • May require occasional travel for job fairs, client meetings, or on-site hiring events

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous recruiting experience is required (hospitality recruiting experience is a big plus!)
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple job openings at once
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly source and screen candidates to meet urgent hiring needs
  • Familiarity with hospitality roles and industry hiring trends is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for hiring events as needed
