Join a local, family-owned Amazon Freight Partner that provides the stability and benefits of a large carrier while valuing a true work-life balance. We are hiring highly motivated, full-time Class A CDL drivers for predictable short-haul routes.

The Schedule: Unmatched Predictability

1. Rotation: Consistent 4 days on / 4 days off schedule.
2. Shifts: Run round-trip routes on a 36-hour cycle (13-hour drive → 10-hour break → 13-hour drive).
3. Home Time: You will only need to sleep in the truck 2 nights per 8-day cycle.
4. Work: Haul 100% no-touch Amazon freight (drop and hook only).

Pay & Benefits

1. Base Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour.

Your Responsibilities

1. Play a key role in Amazon’s on-time delivery commitment.
2. Follow all DOT & FMCSA regulations and maintain a high standard of safety.
3. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
4. Maintain clean and safe equipment, including refueling and securing the tractor after each shift.
5. Report any defects, incidents, or violations promptly.

Driver Requirements

1. Age: Minimum 21 years of age.
2. Licensing: Valid Class A CDL and a current DOT Medical Card.
3. Experience: 1 year of commercial driving experience is preferred.
4. Endorsements: Triple/Doubles endorsement is preferred.
5. Record: Clean MVR, DAC, and PSP.
6. Compliance: Must have no current CDL suspension or revocation, and no failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests in the last 5 years.
7. Skills: Ability to speak, read, and write English. Must be comfortable using ELD, GPS, and mobile applications.
