We are hiring dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Drivers who take pride in their work and are committed to reliable service. As a CDL Class A Driver, you will safely operate a commercial tractor and transport freight on assigned routes. Drivers are responsible for operating safely, maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, and providing top-tier, reliable service while representing our team professionally.

Compensation & Schedule

1. Estimated Annual Pay: ~$49,920 – $52,500 (Paid at $24.00 per hour)
2. Overtime: Readily available for additional earning potential
3. Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off schedule (Great for work-life balance!)
4. Shifts: Day and night shifts may be available; extended shifts may be required based on operational needs. Guaranteed 40 hours per week, subject to operational exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safely operate a Class 8 tractor on assigned routes.
2. Transport and deliver freight safely and on schedule.
3. Complete required vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
4. Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and electronic records.
5. Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and operational issues.
6. Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and internal safety policies.
7. Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
8. Report vehicle, safety, or operational concerns promptly.
9. Follow all required organizational and customer procedures.

Requirements

1. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
2. Acceptable driving record.
3. Ability to pass required background, driving record, and employment screening.
4. Ability to meet applicable DOT and qualification requirements.
5. Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Previous tractor-trailer experience is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements

1. Extended periods of driving.
2. Ability to enter and exit the tractor repeatedly.
3. Ability to perform required vehicle inspections.
4. Ability to handle freight-related duties as required.
5. Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
