Location: Columbus, OH

Welcome to Bear Pack Logistics, a Veteran owned company and a

transportation contractor for Amazon and FedEx. We’re approaching our

5th year in business, with operations in the Greater Cincinnati area as well

as Columbus, OH and looking to grow our team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL-A Driver to join our

team for the FedEx side of the business out of Grove City, OH. This is a

home daily, ‘wheel position’, driving daily up to 450 miles.

1. Operate a tractor-trailer for local deliveries and pick-ups
2. Transport FedEx equipment to/from facilities and drop locations
3. Must be able to handle and move dolly’s to support double’s transport

Schedule:

1. Shift: On-call, Dispatched between 7 AM – 11 AM (shifts typically

range from 7 to 13 hours)

1. Work Days: 2-3 days a week, Friday, Saturday or Sunday

Pay & Benefits:

1. 2-day work week: $27 per hr, Saturday and Sunday OR Friday and

Saturday

1. 3-day work week: $27 per hr, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
2. Overtime Pay: All hours over 40 are paid at an overtime rate
3. Eligible for $1,500 Bonus ($750 paid after 90 days and $750 paid

after 180 days)

1. Vacation: Earn vacation time at a 4% accrual rate.
2. Full benefits package offering medical, dental, vision, short-term

disability, life insurance, PTO and 401K with 4% match.

Qualifications:

1. Valid CDL-A license.
2. Minimum 1 year of CDL-A tractor-trailer driving experience.
3. Doubles endorsement (candidate must previously have or have the

ability to obtain).

1. Experience with FedEx is a plus; please include your FedEx ID and

any recent driving history with FedEx (last 5 years) in your application

for faster processing.

1. CDL A Endorsements: Doubles endorsement required.
2. 1 year of Tractor-Trailer CDL A experience in the last 3 years, OR 5 years of Tractor-Trailer CDL A experience in the last 10 years.
