Position Overview

We are hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers to join our team, operating out of the Lehigh Valley, PA area. This position involves 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook trailer freight in sleeper tractors. We offer consistent, high-quality freight, opportunities for upward mobility into driver-trainer roles, and frequent overtime.

Schedule & Compensation

1. Schedule: Roughly 4 Days On / 4 Days Off.
2. Consistency: Route blocks are confirmed weekly.
3. Operations: We run 24/7; tours rotate through nights and weekends.
4. Pay: $24–$26/hr, plus overtime and bonus potential.
5. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours.
6. Paid hourly for every on-duty hour, including dead miles, detention, fueling, and inspections.

This role is for you if:

1. You want half your days at home without a paycheck cut.
2. You prioritize consistent work and reliability.
3. You take pride in clean inspections and on-time freight.

This position is likely not for you if you require every weekend off, need to be home every night, or wish to select your own routes.

Requirements

1. At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
2. 6+ months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
3. Ability to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and background check.
4. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate with the general public, understand highway traffic signs/signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports.
5. No current CDL suspension or revocation; clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report.
6. Comfortable with overnight driving, multi-day sleeper tours, and smartphone/GPS technology.
