This is a W-2 position with an Amazon Freight Partner. You will not be employed by Amazon.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $23.00–$24.00 per hour
- Average Annual Earnings: $58,000–$65,000+ (based on hours worked and available overtime)

Most routes include one overnight in the sleeper tractor before returning home. Our predictable schedule allows you to enjoy a better work-life balance while providing steady, dependable miles.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate late-model Amazon-branded sleeper tractors
- Haul 100% dedicated, no-touch Amazon freight
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, Amazon Relay, and company safety requirements
- Deliver freight safely, professionally, and on time
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations to ensure efficient deliveries
- Maintain a professional attitude while representing AJR Logistics
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Meet all Amazon Freight Partner eligibility requirements
- Pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and background check
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no current CDL suspension or revocation
- Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, electronic logging devices (ELDs), and Amazon Relay technology
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
