CDL Class A Driver-Guaranteed Home Time! Entry level welcome! (Richmond, VA)

Schedule

1. Full-time: 40+ hours per week (Guaranteed 40 hours)
2. Night shift availability required
3. Regional routes (overnight travel required). Routes come home every other day.
4. Consistent weekly schedules provided in advance.

Pay & Benefits

1. $22/hour starting pay
2. Overtime available after 40 hours.
3. Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours
4. Weekly pay via direct deposit

Responsibilities

1. Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional routes
2. Transport Amazon no-touch freight
3. Complete scheduled night shift deliveries with overnight layovers
4. Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
5. Perform accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
6. Maintain professional communication with dispatch

Requirements

1. Valid Class A CDL
2. Minimum 6 months of CDL driving experience
3. Clean driving record and CMV history
4. Ability to pass a criminal background check
5. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
6. Willingness to work night shifts and regional overnight runs

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience using ELD systems
2. Familiarity with FMCSA rules and Hours of Service (HOS)
3. Strong professionalism, punctuality, and reliability

Average Pay is $57,000-63,000/annually

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

CDL Truck Driver Requirements · Ability to pass a background check · At least 1 year of Class A Experience · Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) · Good DAC Report · Clean Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) Report · Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen · Ability to operate and navigate a tractor trailer · Ability to effectively learn and operate a GPS.
