About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic, motivated Class A CDL Drivers for a position with an Amazon Freight Partner in the Detroit, MI surrounding area. As a CDL Driver, you will deliver freight operating Amazon Equipment using modern technology on routes roughly 300-500 miles a day. Our deliveries vary from 100% no touch freight (drop and hook only) to a few live loads. You can expect consistent year-round work with a minimum of 40 hours per week. You may operate a day cab or a sleeper truck/vehicle.
Compensation & Benefits:
● Starting Pay: $24 per hour, depending on experience
● Annual Earnings Potential: Up to $80,000+ (Based on full-time hours and available overtime)
● Benefits (Full Time): Paid time off and health insurance.
Schedule
● Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available.
● Shifts: Afternoon, Evening, Overnight, Weekday, and/or Weekends.
● Hours: Consistent year-round work with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be
flexible with work schedule (Day/Evening/Night shifts/Weekends).
Requirements:
● Must be at least 21 years old.
● Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with 12 Months Exp..
● Must have a current DOT Physical Medical card.
● Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report.
● Successfully pass a background check and DOT pre-employment drug screen.
● Ability to effectively learn and operate a GPS and handheld technology/smart phone
applications.
● Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general
public.
