Join an official Amazon Freight Partner, and become part of a stable and essential logistics team based out of Penns Grove, NJ. We are hiring full-time Class A CDL drivers for dedicated local and regional routes.
The Role & Compensation
- Pay Rate: Highly competitive starting pay of $24.00 – $26.00 per hour.
- Overtime (OT): Overtime is available at this time and paid after 40 hours.
- Work Schedule: Minimum of 40 hours per week with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime, offering consistent, year-round work.
- Home Time: Regional shifts are structured to allow for a 10-hour reset, bringing you back to the home yard location.
- Freight: 100% no-touch, drop & hook Amazon loads.

Driver Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Licensing: Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
- Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report.
- Screening: Must successfully pass a DOT Physical, a background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Skills: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English, and be able to use handheld technology and smartphone applications such as GPS.
- Compliance: No current CDL suspension or revocation.
