• Pre-screen completed by AI Chatbot via phone, text, email or even video chat – depending on the candidate’s preference.
• Candidates who clear initial screen receive phone screen with TTA Talent Advisor.
• Candidates who pass full screening with Talent Advisor move to DSP for interview.
• Candidates who are hired (defined as start Day 1 of Amazon training) are invoiced every other week.
• Package designed for DSP’s who do not have an active talent acquisition recruiter/advisor.
• All Initial screening will be determined with your needs in mind at the front-end.
