We operate brand-new, top-of-the-line equipment integrated with industry-leading telematics like GEOTAB ELD and Netradyne smart cameras. By utilizing efficient slip-seating (2 drivers per truck), we keep our fleet moving safely and ensure our drivers are well-rested and happy.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE & COMPENSATION

1. Job Type: Full-Time, W2 Employee
2. Annual Pay: $47,840 to $62,400 per year ($23.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and performance)
3. Pay Frequency: Weekly pay cycle with reliable direct deposit.
4. Upward Bound Mobility & Growth: Based on performance and experience, we offer collateral roles such as driver-trainer/yard captains (2 days yard management / 2 days driving), support roles, and overtime opportunities to build a pathway into compliance, operations, and fleet management careers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
2. License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a valid Medical Card.
3. Safety Record: Clean driving record with zero violations within the last 3 years.
4. Tech Safety: Comfortable operating in a safety-first environment equipped with GEOTAB and Netradyne camera systems.
5. Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractors to ensure safety standards are met; perform routine maintenance checks as needed.
6. Communication: Must speak English to communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delivery statuses, or any issues encountered during transit.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Previous Intermodal freight driving experience.
2. Prior experience driving with Netradyne safety cameras and GEOTAB Telematics.
