CLASS A CDL DRIVER – Amazon Freight Partner Program

We are hiring enthusiastic, motivated Class A CDL Drivers for our rapidly expanding needs within the Amazon Freight Partner Program. You will not be employed by Amazon, but directly by a local transportation company that partners with Amazon. We offer the stability of Amazon Freight with the personal feel of a smaller, locally operated team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Strong Pay: Starting at $22 – $25 per hour, or $65,000+ annually (with opportunity to earn $80,000+ with additional shifts).

Work Environment & Schedule Highlights:
- Home Time: You will have home time after every shift, with options for daily local routes (approx. 300-500 miles round trip) or a predictable 4 days on / 4 days off schedule.
- Routes: Solo 1 and Solo 2 shifts available. SOLO2 routes involve two, two-day runs with comfortable sleeper resets, followed by four consecutive days off.
- Equipment: Operate modern Amazon-branded sleeper trucks (on SOLO2 routes, equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, and APU) and the latest Amazon technology.
- Freight: Consistent year-round work with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Deliveries are primarily 100% no-touch freight (drop and hook only), though some routes may include live loads.
What You’ll Do:
- Play a key role in exceeding customer expectations by ensuring orders are delivered safely and on time.
- Run structured, repeatable routes using modern tools and technology.
What You’ll Need:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL). (1+ year experience preferred; strong newer drivers will be considered).
- Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report. No current CDL suspension or revocation.
- Ability to effectively learn and operate a GPS.
- Must be able to use handheld technology, smart phone applications, and operate a GPS.
- Must be comfortable working nights and Saturday or Sunday (varies by shift).
