The Role & Compensation
- 100% No-Touch Freight: All routes are drop & hook only with no live unloads.
- Pay Rate: Starting pay is $22.00 per hour (during training), increasing up to $28.00 per hour based on experience after training.
- Earning Potential: Includes Overtime (OT) pay and Bonus Opportunities, with an annual earning potential of up to $100,000+.
- Benefits: Health insurance and Paid Time Off (PTO) for full-time employees.
- Consistent Work: Guaranteed 40+ hours per week.
Route & Schedule Options
We offer flexible 3, 4, or 5-day work weeks, with shifts available in the morning, afternoon, or evening. You must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday OR Sunday).
- Local Routes (Solo 1s): Home every day.
- Semi-Local Routes (Solo 2s): Home every other day.
Driver Requirements
To be considered for this premier opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid Class A CDL.
- Be 21+ years old.
- Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and DAC report.
- Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
- Able to use GPS and smartphone applications.
