This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, love engaging with children and families, and want to be part of a dynamic team in a resort setting.

Position Overview
As a Recreation Attendant, you will help create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for guests by leading activities, supervising recreational spaces, and supporting daily operations. This is an active, hands-on position with a strong focus on guest interaction and engagement.

Pay Rate
💲 $15.75 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in recreational activities for guests, primarily children ages 4–18
• Supervise activities in a game room and other recreational spaces
• Ensure guests are following safety rules and resort guidelines
• Assist with activity setup, takedown, and maintaining clean, organized spaces
• Maintain a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude throughout the day
• Work collaboratively with team members to support the resort’s recreation program

Schedule & Availability

• Shifts fall between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
• Typical shift length: 8–10 hours, depending on daily needs and activity schedules
• Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays
• Work schedule will vary—days off and shift times may change week to week

Uniform Requirements

• Black athletic shoes
• Black shorts or pants
• Shirt and hat provided by the resort

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Must be comfortable engaging with children and adults
• Background working with kids is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fun guest experience
