Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about maintaining beautiful, welcoming spaces? Join the housekeeping team at a luxurious hotel located along scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We are currently seeking two full-time Room Attendants to help deliver exceptional guest experiences through high standards of cleanliness and service.

Position Overview
Room Attendants play a key role in maintaining the quality, appearance, and comfort of guest accommodations. This position is physically demanding and fast-paced, ideal for individuals who take pride in a job well done.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and service 8–10 guest rooms per shift, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Restock linens, towels, and amenities
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks as needed or assigned
• Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, carts, and equipment
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Collaborate with housekeeping and hotel staff to ensure timely room readiness

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required—willing to train candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended period
• Ability to clean quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Must be tidy, reliable, and team-oriented
• Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
