Job Summary:

As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in ensuring an unforgettable stay for our guests. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, and ensuring that every room feels inviting and comfortable. No prior housekeeping experience? No problem! If you have a positive attitude, great people skills, and a willingness to learn, we can train you to succeed in this role! 

What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily check-out and stay-over cleaning services.
• Remove and replace linens, prepare and make beds.
• Clean and tidy bathrooms, remove trash, and restock fresh towels and amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust to ensure a pristine environment.
• Ensure security and privacy of guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
• Complete “deep cleans” when required.
• Provide an exceptional level of service and hospitality to guests.

What We’re Looking For:

Must have a great attitude! We can train you on the rest! Willingness to learn and be flexible. Ability to work both AM and PM shifts as needed. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Ability to interact professionally and warmly with guests. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required!
