Delivery Driver – Join Our Team!

Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a dynamic driving opportunity? We are seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team! As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Deliver packages safely and efficiently to designated locations.
Manage a route with an average of 100 stops per day, with the opportunity to take on more based on performance.
Utilize provided equipment to handle packages up to 150 lbs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Report to our Hamilton, NJ warehouse (next to Trenton) and deliver within a 50-minute radius.

Shift Details:
Schedule: 4 days a week, including weekends (specific schedule options available after graduation from training). Shifts typically consist of 4 consecutive days followed by 3 days off.
Start Time: 8 AM
Average Hours per Shift: Approximately 10 hours.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Daily rate is $175/Day: $1.00/stop after 135 deliveries have been completed
• $50/week bonus opportunity based on safe driving and volume of deliveries

Performance Bonuses:

• $1 per stop for every stop over 135
• Weekly performance bonus of $50 for good job performance (showing up on time, safety, etc.).
• Rescue bonus opportunities available.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs with assistance from provided equipment.
