CDL-A Driver – Local Delivery & Pick-up

Location: West Chester, OH

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL-A Driver to join our veteran-owned team. This role involves local tractor-trailer operations, primarily focused on morning deliveries and early afternoon pick-ups within a 30-mile radius. You will be responsible for transporting loaded trailers from a FedEx facility, making deliveries, and then collecting freight for subsequent transport.

Compensation:
● $25 / hour ($24/hr as base wage + $1/hr for performance pay;
showing up on time, safe driving and covering assigned shifts) +
bi-annual wage increases of $0.50/hr
● Monthly bonuses available up to $250 / month
● $1,000 for drivers who START by December 13 and pay out once the
driver completes 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a tractor-trailer for local deliveries and pick-ups.
• Transport loaded trailers from FedEx facilities.
• Execute morning deliveries (5-10 stops) and early afternoon pick-ups (loading trailers).
• Adhere to a Monday-Saturday work schedule.
• Potentially work with Amazon freight, with opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Dual-qualified (preferred).
• Experience with FedEx is a plus; please include your FedEx ID and any recent driving history with
• FedEx (last 5 years) in your application for faster processing.
